Kama is a collaboration between Vikram Singh and his Hall of Fame chef father, Manmohan Singh, to bring traditional Indian recipes and techniques to diners. Everything in the kitchen is made fresh from scratch and customized to your taste. Kama's menu combines authentic recipes with cuisines from other cultures to create a unique and progressive dining experience. The fusion favorites include dishes such as Tandoori Chilean seabass, BBQ Ribs Namaste, and Charcoal Grilled Prime Ribeye, all cooked using traditional techniques such as the charcoal tandoor grill and sous vide.

Indian cuisine has a rich history of fusion and Kama is playing a small role in influencing American cuisine with the vibrancy and boldness of Indian flavors. The bar program at Kama also reflects this approach, with cocktails incorporating Indian spices and chutneys, as well as teas that have a note of spice rooted in Indian tradition.
